Alfred P. Pompeo

Alfred Philip Pompeo, 77, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on December 18, 2020.  Fred leaves his loving family who cherished their time with him; his wife and soulmate of over 50 years, Paula (DeNicola) Pompeo; their daughter, Jennifer Murphy and her husband, Thomas of San Francisco, CA; their son, Michael Pompeo and his daughter, Allyson of Carver MA; their daughter, Amy Francis, her husband, Jeffrey and their children, Emma, Abigail, Maggie and Wyatt of East Bridgewater MA.  Fred is also survived by his loving sister, Anne Meade of East Weymouth MA, his loving sister-in-law and friend, Linda Michaud and her husband William of Quincy MA, and many nieces and nephews.  Fred was predeceased by his parents, Armedio Pompeo and Frances LaBreque, his loving sister, Dorothy Pompeo, and his Brother-in-law, William Meade of East Weymouth MA.
Freddy touched so many hearts with his charming personality.  He always brought a smile to your face with his special greeting . . . HEY.  He leaves us all with so many wonderful memories.  His close friendship and soulful love of music will live on in our hearts forever.  He overcame so many obstacles over the years. His competitive spirit and unending determination won him titles and recognition at Augusta Court Bocce Tournaments year after year despite his physical handicaps.  Now it his his time to rest.
He will be missed by all that knew him.  We love you.
