Deborah J. Fuller

Deborah Jean Fuller of Naples, FL, passed away March 25, 2024, at the age of 70 after a difficult battle with multiple complications resulting from a recent cancer diagnosis.  She died peacefully under the gentle care at the Avow Hospice Center in Naples.

Deb was a loving and caring wife for almost forty years to her late husband Bob.

Deb was born and raised in New York and graduated from Ladycliff College in 1976.  She met Bob at the Jersey Shore. They were married in 1983 and made their home in New Jersey until Bob retired.  They lived in Englewood and Live Oak, Florida before settling in Naples.

Deb was retired and before being widowed she enjoyed boating, making stained glass windows, and collecting seashells with Bob.  She was a private, strong, and independent woman who mastered numerous challenging DIY projects. 

She is survived by her stepsons, their spouses and children, Robert and Leslie Fuller and Brian Fuller, her siblings and their spouses, Richard and Monika Gibbons and Margaret and Dennis Hugo, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and other close friends and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Fuller and her parents John and Margaret Gibbons.

Deb’s wish was to be cremated.  Cremation services are being handled by Fuller Funeral Home East Naples.  Friends and family of Deborah J. Fuller are invited to post condolences, tributes, or share memories of Deb on the funeral website at Fullereast.com.

A private celebration of Deb’s life will be held in late May.
