REITZES - Dorothy, 92 of Naples, FL (formerly of Syosset, NY) passed away on 01-23-2021. Dorothy was born in Brooklyn, NY on 06-10-1928 to Celia and Louis Kan. Dorothy grew up in Long Beach along with her brother Edward. Dorothy married her husband Howard Reitzes in 1951. They moved to Syosset in 1956. She resided there for 53 years before moving to Naples, FL in 2009. Dorothy worked as a successful Real Estate Broker and proprietor of Condo Realty, the first real estate firm to specialize in condominiums. Dorothy was also a Real Estate Appraiser. She was an avid golfer and a Shetland Sheepdog lover. Dorothy is survived by her beloved daughter Linda Karen of Naples, and loving son David and his wife Linda Jacobs of Orange Park, FL. She was predeceased by her husband Howard and her brother Edward Kan.
