Karline R Dugal

Karline Dugal, 85, of Naples, Florida, passed away on March 17, 2023 after a long illness.

Karline was born in April of 1937 to Karl Waibel and Evelyn O’Brien Waibel in Astoria, New York.

In 1954, Karline married Joseph (Jim) Dugal and they have two children, Dianne and James. She was blessed with 4 grandchildren Jon Dugal, Kelly O’Boyle, Jamie Dugal and Kaitlyn Dugal. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her beloved sister Mary Ellen George, her sister-in-law Mary Dugal and many nephews and nieces.

Karline worked as a secretary in a law firm and then for the local school district. She volunteered with many organizations over the course of her life and always enjoyed music, parties and playing dominos.

Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of Victory in Floral Park, New York.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Avow Hospice of Naples, where Karline received loving care in her final days, or the Humane Society of Naples where she adopted her beloved dog, Blondie.
