Nancy (Stanley) McEathron, 87, of Naples, FL (formerly of Lake Holcombe, WI) passed away on March 5, 2022 in her “slice of paradise” Naples, FL, at home surrounded by her family.
Nancy was born on January 17, 1935 in the town of Birch Creek to Ada (Pake) and Marion W. Stanley. She married John (Jack) McEathron on November 8, 1958.Together they had one child, Anne.
Upon graduation in 1952, she was employed as Cost Clerk in the office of the Cornell Paper Mill for 20 years. After the papermill closed, she received her Real Estate/Broker License and started Lake Holcombe Realty with her husband John.
During retirement, they spent many winters in the Everglades and Naples, Florida. In 2016 they permanently moved to Naples, FL.
Nancy is remembered as a wonderful mother, caring sister to her younger siblings, and cherished wife.
Survivors include her husband, John McEathron of Naples, FL, her daughter Anne (Darren) Jensen of Dallas, TX, two sisters, Mary Flater of Bloomer, WI, Kathleen Stanley Walker, M.D. (Jerry) of Floresville, TX, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Rodney Stanley.
A graveside service will be held in Naples, FL assisted by Fuller Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN.
