Nickolas I Rogers

Nickolas Ian Rogers, 35, of Naples Florida, unexpectedly passed away at his home on Saturday, March 20th, 2021.

Nick was born on June 23, 1985, to Douglas Eugene Rogers and Deborah Adams in Charleston, West Virginia. After moving to Naples, Nick graduated from Barron Collier High School in 2003. He then pursued and attained his audio engineering degree from Full Sail University in Orlando.

Nick’s love for music and acting took hold early in childhood. From creating home movie reenactments of his favorite scenes from Star Trek, to writing his own screenplays in high school, his ability to capture everyone’s attention in the room and create eruptions of laughter doing so was truly unforgettable for those close to him.

His talent and skill brought him to Chicago in the early 2000s, where he was involved with multiple bands, including the band Rosenguard, which toured the US and Canada in 2008, opening for Devildriver. Nick moved back to Naples in 2011 to pursue his love for teaching, and became a full time private instructor for guitar, bass, ukulele, vocals, and engineering at Conner Music.

Nick’s legacy will forever live on in the hundreds of hearts that were touched by his teachings.
